Primordial Sound Meditation 
Instruction Program

Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature, called mantras, to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old healing system founded in ancient India, is derived from the Sanskrit words 'ayus' meaning life, and 'veda' meaning wisdom. Ayurveda, the wisdom of life, offers a proven guide for a life of happiness, vitality, love and purpose.

  • Laughter Yoghaha Session. Everyone knows that it feels good to laugh! That’s because when we laugh, our bodies release an “inner pharmacy” of hormones and chemicals that have healthful and positive effects on our bodies, minds, and spirit. Research shows that when we laugh, there is an actual chemical change in our bodies that helps to ease pain and relieve physical, mental and emotional stress. Laughter improves cardiovascular health, lifts depression and strengthens the immune system. It also improves communication skills, creativity, self-esteem and personal relationships.
  • Food as Medicine - Ayurvedic Tasting Party. Along with Chef Cecilia of Dish for Dosha and local restaurants, like The Tasteful Kitchen,, we hold fun, hands-on classes to enliven your taste buds and bring bliss to your heart.
